AROW fitness brand identity by Salisbury Media

Fitness & Personal Training · Branding · Social

A fitness brand with the same energy as the sessions.

How we built AROW an identity that works on a T-shirt, a business card and a feed full of real training photography.

Scope of project

What We Were Solving

The challenge

Fitness is a crowded, image-led market where every coach promises results and most brands look like a stock gym poster. People buy into the person and the energy before the programme.

AROW needed a brand with real character that would look as good on training kit as on Instagram, and a content style built on real people, not stock.

How We Got There

The process

1

Discovery

Who AROW trains, how they train and what makes it different.

2

Identity design

Logo and identity built for apparel first, because kit is where a fitness brand lives. See our branding across North Wales.

3

Applications

Stationery and branded apparel designed from the system.

4

Content direction

A photography-led direction for social, so the feed is real sessions and real clients.

Our Reasoning

The thinking behind the final direction

1

Designed to be worn.

If the mark doesn't look good on a hoodie, it doesn't work for fitness.

2

Real over stock.

Real training shots build trust that stock never will.

3

One look, every surface.

Kit, cards and feed all read as one brand.

Proof

The outcome

A fitness identity that carries across kit, stationery and a photography-led social feed.
