Scope of project

What We Were Solving

The challenge

A rugby league club’s feed does three jobs at once: hype the next match, break squad news and sell tickets. Done by different hands, it quickly looks like three different clubs.

Warrington Wolves needed one partner to keep all three on brand, week in, week out.

How We Got There

The process

1

Content pillars

We split the feed into matchday, squad news and ticketing, each with its own templates and purpose.

2

Template system

A matchday and announcement system built from the club's brand.

3

Signing reveals

New signing content planned to land with impact, not just a headshot and a caption.

4

Ticketing campaigns

Campaign graphics built to move people from the feed to the box office.

Our Reasoning

The thinking behind the final direction

1

Every post has a job.

Hype, news or sales. If it doesn't do one of those, it doesn't go out.

2

Signings are an event.

A new signing is one of the biggest engagement moments of the season, so it's treated like one.

3

Tickets need a reason.

Ticketing content leads with the occasion, not just the date.

Proof

The outcome

A season-long template suite covering matchday, squad news and ticketing, so the Warrington Wolves feed stays consistent all season.
