Bond Apparel brand identity and guidelines by Salisbury Media

Workwear & Corporate Clothing · Brand Identity · Guidelines

A workwear brand built to be worn, not just seen.

How we gave Bond Apparel a full brand identity, with formal guidelines and applied stationery and packaging, so it looks as reliable as the kit it supplies.

Scope of project

What We Were Solving

The challenge

A workwear supplier’s brand has a strange job. It sells other people’s logos on clothing, so its own has to prove it knows what good branding looks like. Trade buyers want to see reliability, consistency and attention to detail before they hand over their own brand.

Bond needed an identity that looked established and a rulebook that kept it that way on every box, invoice and garment tag.

How We Got There

The process

1

Discovery

Who Bond sells to, what those buyers worry about, and how orders arrive.

2

Identity design

Logo and identity built as one system, tested at the small sizes workwear demands: labels, embroidery and print. See our branding across North Wales.

3

Guidelines

A formal brand guidelines document setting out logo use, colour, type and spacing so suppliers and staff apply it properly.

4

Applications

Stationery and packaging designed straight from the guidelines, proving the system works in the real world.

Our Reasoning

The thinking behind the final direction

1

Built for thread, not just screens.

A workwear brand gets stitched, printed and screened at small sizes. The mark had to survive all of it.

2

Practise what you sell.

A supplier that puts other brands on clothing has to show it takes its own brand seriously.

3

Guidelines as a selling point.

Showing buyers a proper brand rulebook says “we'll treat your logo the same way”.

Proof

The outcome

A complete identity with guidelines, stationery and packaging, giving Bond a consistent, trade-ready brand across every touchpoint.
